State Contacts

Role of a State Contact:


  • Attending the annual National Member Conference
  • Assisting with awarding pharmaceutical contracts.
  • Proactively notifying MMCAP Infuse of upcoming RFPs in your state that directly align with the services MMCAP Infuse provides.
  • Actively soliciting and communicating time-critical information/problems/feedback from your facilities to MMCAP Infuse for resolution.
  • Proactively notifying MMCAP Infuse of any change in scope of service needs for your state
  • Attend State Contact conference call on the third Wednesday of each month.
  • Approving eligibility of your state’s facilities, making sure the membership application forms are filled out correctly and include the correct statutory authority that allows the facility to purchase from the contract.
  • Serving as an expert on state-specific issues.
  • Resolving facility eligibility issues with manufacturers.
  • Alerting MMCAP Infuse to pricing issues, wholesaler problems and vendor issues.
  • Informing MMCAP Infuse of any changes to your contact information or any known facility changes (name, address, DEA, HIN, contacts, etc.).
